Gustavsbergs IF HK was one of 63 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Eken cup 2017. They participated with two teams in Girls 06 and Girls 03 respectively. The team in Girls 06 made it to the the Final Girls06 A in Slutspel A, but lost it against IF Swithiod 2 by 3-15.

In addition to this, Gustavsbergs IF HK have participated in Eken cup before. During Eken cup 2016, Gustavsbergs had 6 teams playing in Girls 06, Girls 05 and Girls 03 respectively. Five teams played until 9-10 in Slutspel A; Girls 06 1 won over Stockholmspolisens IF 2 by 23-22, Girls 06 2 won over Årsta AIK HF 2 by 22-10, Girls 05 1 won over Kungsängens SK 2 by 9-8, Girls 05 2 won over Dicken, Drumsö Idrottskamrater R by 7-4 and Girls 05 3 won over Skuru IK 1 by 14-12.

Gustavsbergs comes from GUSTAVSBERG which lies approximately 19 km from Stockholm, where Eken cup takes place.
