In addition to Tyresö Handboll, 21 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys 04. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll could be found in Group C together with HK Silwing Troja, HK Ceres Norrtälje, IFK Tumba HK P04 1, Sjundeå IF (SIF), HC Tallinn, Skuru IK 2 and Täby HBK 2.

Tyresö Handboll made it to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against AIK, which they won with 16-12. Thereby Tyresö Handboll won the entire Slutspel B in Boys 04 during Eken cup 2017.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Boys 04 during Eken cup 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in B04 Slutspel B, but lost it against Sollentuna HK with 12-14.
