In addition to the two Skuru teams, 24 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 04. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Skuru IK 1 could be found in Group A together with Westermalms IF, GT Söder, Dalarö SK, Gustavsbergs IF 2 and Hanviken Handboll.

Skuru IK 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Swithiod HK with 10-16. In the Final, IF Swithiod HK won over Hanviken Handboll and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls 04.
