BK Sol was one of 75 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Eken cup 2019. They participated with one team in Senior Women.
In addition to BK Sol, 15 other teams played in Senior Women. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof BK Sol could be found in Group C together with Lidingö SK, Sportsgear DHK and IFK Tumba Handboll. BK Sol continued to Slutspel A after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against AIK with 6-19. In the Final, IFK Tumba Handboll won over HK Silwing/Troja and became the winner of Slutspel A in Senior Women. BK Sol also participated in Senior Women during Eken cup 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in SW Slutspel A, but lost it against Gurrabergs HK with 5-15. Sol comes from Huddinge which lies approximately 6 km from Stockholm, where Eken cup takes place. The area around Huddinge does also provide 63 additional clubs participating during Eken cup 2019 (Among others: IF Swithiod, Djurgårdens IF HF, Huddinge, Gustavsberg, Vallentuna HK, Älta IF, Hammarby IH HF, Spånga HK, Tungelsta IF and Kungsängen SK). 4 games playedGoals |
