In addition to Bk-46, 26 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 06. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Bk-46 could be found in Group A together with Skuru IK 2, IK Bolton 2, Vassunda IF 1, Tyresö Handboll 1 and Djurgårdshof IK.

Bk-46 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skuru IK 3 with 15-17. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Gustavsbergs IF HK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls 06.
