In addition to the two Sannadals SK teams, 25 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 06. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Sannadals SK Vit could be found in Group B together with Hammarby Handboll 2, Vassunda IF 2, SK Reval Sport/Mella, GT Söder, Skuru IK 1 and AIK.

Sannadals SK Vit continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Gustavsbergs IF HK with 10-14. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Gustavsbergs IF HK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls 06.
