Täby HBK was one of 63 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Eken cup 2022. They participated with 20 teams in 12 out of Eken cups all 19 categories. The team in Boys 16 made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Lidingö SK by 17-19.
In addition to this, Täby HBK have participated in Eken cup before. During Eken cup 2021, Täby had 10 teams playing in Boys 10 P10, Boys 09 P11, Boys 06 P14, Girls 09 F11 and Girls 08 F12 respectively. Täby comes from Täby which lies approximately 20 km from Stockholm, where Eken cup takes place. The area around Täby does also provide 50 additional clubs participating during Eken cup 2022 (Among others: Vallentuna HK, Åkersberga HK, GT Söder HK, Matteuspojkarna, Skuru Handboll P09, Huddinge Handbollklubb, Täby Handboll, HK Cliff, Tyresö Handboll and Spånga HK).
